Todd McPhail

Born and raised in Texas, Todd has extensive experience in the real estate industry both through his ownership of a successful property management company and through his Florida-based vacation home rental business. A Naples resident since 2013, he has combined his passion for home improvement with his hobby for landscape design to help maximize the potential of properties across Southwest Florida. Todd’s other great love is photography, and he has traveled the world with his photographic production company, at times living in New York, Los Angeles and Europe, where he managed high profile photo shoots for his international clients.
